Kariuki Muigua & Co’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programme is shaped by our values and the recognition that CSR is an integral part of our business.
To this end, the firm is engaged in several programmes including:
- Promotion of environmental conservation and awareness through publications, seminars and conferences;
- Mediation of various disputes within the society in line with the promotion of Alternative Dispute Resolution and Access to Justice under the Constitution of Kenya, 2010;
- Offering pro bono legal services;
- Engaging in consultancy and research projects on issues such food security with the aim of ensuring that the vulnerable members of the society achieve their basic human rights.
- Supporting academic activities in various universities in the country by donating books and journals on various thematic areas of the law and sponsoring students for courses such as the Arbitration Training at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Kenya).
