Jack Shivugu
Overview
Jack Shivugu is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb) and a Legal Researcher. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Moi University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in Corporate and Financial Law at the University of Nairobi, School of Law. His interests include Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Banking and Financial Services Law, Environmental and Natural Resources Law, Conveyancing, Litigation and Legal Research.
