Corporate Social Responsibility

Kariuki Muigua & Company Advocates is committed to corporate social responsibility (CSR) as a core aspect of our values and business philosophy. Our CSR initiatives encompass a wide range of programs aimed at contributing to the betterment of society. These include:

• Advocating for environmental conservation and raising awareness through publications, seminars, and conferences;
• Facilitating the mediation of societal disputes, promoting Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Access to Justice in accordance with the Constitution of Kenya, 2010;
• Providing pro bono legal services to underserved communities;
• Conducting consultancy and research on critical issues such as food security, to help vulnerable populations secure their basic human rights;
• Supporting academic institutions by donating legal publications and sponsoring students for specialized training, such as the Arbitration course at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Kenya).
