Emmanuel Mwati Muriithi

Overview

Muriithi is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb). He joined the firm as a trainee lawyer in 2019 and is part of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution department.

Muriithi is involved in advising clients on commercial matters, conveyancing, probate and succession and how to achieve the best outcomes through various Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms. He is also involved in marketing and legal research. He specializes in, among others, preparation of various types of commercial contracts, probate and succession applications, legal opinions, arbitration and conveyancing instruments.

He has a keen interest in arbitration, conveyancing, civil litigation, probate and succession, constitutional law and commercial litigation.

  • He was the runner-up in the prestigious and highly coveted John H. Jackson Moot Competition African Rounds held at the Kenya School of Law leading to his participation in the International Rounds held at the World Trade Organization (WTO) headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.
